The location of the villa is fantastic, being close to all amenities and offering stunning views of the ocean and river. the kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need, including a good-sized fridge. the unit itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little courtyard and barbecue area.
The beds in the villa were quite hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

we recently stayed at Kalbarri Seaview Villas for the second times in 2 years. Great location. Apartment has been refurbished and upgraded. Ami (the owner) is very approachable and provided great service. Would recommend these villas to anyone looking for a great time in Kalbarri. Graham and Carol BURY.

I keep coming back to my go-to place in Kalbarri. Friendly staff and great service. They even helped me return my forgotten earpods. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, kitchenette, AC, TV, fishing. Can't wait for my next trip!

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful villa with a fine view of the river mouth. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The villa was clean, tidy, and spacious. We were impressed with the comfortable beds and the well-equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. Ample private parking was also a plus. we highly recommend this place for a great experience.

Clean and recently refurbished unit with a large, well-stocked kitchen. Centrally located close to shops and restaurants. Management was easily reachable, even when we arrived late due to car troubles. the balcony had a nice view.
No staff on site for check-in, which was a bit confusing. the bathroom layout was awkward and small.
